YOUR ORDER

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive contact via email or phone by one of our team within 2 working days.

TIMEFRAMES

Applicants must provide a minimum of 14 days for tender submission preparation prior to the submission DEADLINE date.   A 50% loading will be applied to urgent submissions within the 14 day time period.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not totally happy with this service and do not receive your documentation within the required time-frame, then we will refund your money (minus a 10% admin fee to cover financial administration).

We offer this guarantee because we have complete faith that you will achieve a return on investment from if not this submission, from future submissions as a result of Pitchwise's business development input.

Please note change of mind refunds will not be provided.

Refunds must be requested in writing to info@pitchwise.com.au within 30 days to be eligible.
